1. Overview & Agreement

By accessing SquareBootstrap ("the Platform"), purchasing software templates, or engaging our studio development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Digital Product Licensing

When you purchase a digital platform template or starter kit from SquareBootstrap:

• Standard Commercial License: Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and integrate the source code into unlimited personal or client commercial projects.
• Prohibited Actions: You may NOT sub-license, resell, re-distribute, or publish raw template source code on public repositories, marketplaces, or torrent networks.

3. Digital Download & Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable digital nature of software source code downloads, sales are generally final once download tokens are issued. If you experience technical compilation issues or defective source code, our studio engineering team provides dedicated support to resolve issues. Refund claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to download activation.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform architecture, custom design components, and visual assets are owned by SquareBootstrap. Purchase of software templates grants a usage license as specified above, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

SquareBootstrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from software deployment, server downtime, or third-party API integration changes beyond our direct control.
